- Printing Setup Tips: For optimal results, print with a TPU-style soft material setup - top-fed filament, low printing speed, and adequate cooling ensure stable extrusion and improved print quality. Dry filament at 70°C for 6–12 hours before use to prevent stringing, oozing, or under-extrusion caused by moisture. Better use 0.6 mm nozzle to reduce clogging risk

30-day returns.
If it's not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Kitemere will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
